Questions
Membership FAQs
Who can join?
Any former pupil of the Sierra Leone Grammar School, whatever the year he left or how long he attended.
What is my “set”?
Your set is the year you left the school (or would have left Form 5 / SS3). If you are not sure, give your years at the school and we will work it out.
I live abroad. Which chapter should I join?
Join the chapter nearest to where you live. If there is none, choose “No chapter nearby” and the National Secretary will keep you connected.
How much are the dues?
One flat rate of Le 2 per year for every Old Boy, at home or abroad.
How are dues used?
Dues cover the Union’s running costs, prizes and mentoring. Project donations are kept separate and reported on at each AGM.
